candy corn birthday party

My best friend just held a candy corn themed birthday party for her son's first birthday. His birthday is just a few days before Halloween - what fun they'll have in the future thinking up creative party themes! This party was held inside the rec room at a park, so the decorations were much needed to boost up this all white space. I loved the cute touches that added to the theme she chose:

this was the tasty four layer dip made to look like a spider web!
Dip contents, in this order: salsa, guacamole, cheese, mashed up black beans - pipe sour cream from ziploc bag on top and pull knife or toothpick through to create spiderweb angled lines.
